What If I Entered the Wrong Customization Info?

We understand that mistakes happen, especially when it comes to personalizing a gift with details like names, photos, or messages. Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, the customization process begins immediately, and we’re unable to make changes.


What You Can Do If You Notice a Mistake:

If you realize you’ve made a mistake (like a typo, wrong photo, or incorrect message), here’s what you can do:

  1. Act fast! Contact us immediately via email or live chat

  2. Provide us with your Order ID and details of the mistake

  3. Request changes (but remember, we can only adjust if the order hasn’t started production)

If the order has already entered the production phase, we cannot make any changes to the customization, as the product is one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold or reused.
