Can I Return a Personalized Product?

Since all our gifts at HavenFeel are custom-made just for you—with your chosen name, photo, message, or design—we do not accept returns for personalized products.

Each item is uniquely created based on your input, and once produced, it cannot be resold or reused by anyone else. We hope you understand that this policy helps us maintain quality and fairness for all our customers.


📦 But What If I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

In rare cases, if your product arrives:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Printed incorrectly (not matching your submitted details)

  • With visible quality issues

🎥 Important: You Must Provide an Uncut Unboxing Video

To help us resolve the issue quickly and fairly, please:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed until it’s fully opened

  2. Ensure the video is continuous and unedited

  3. Show the shipping label and the product clearly in the same video

Our support team will verify the video and, if everything checks out, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund
